FAQ for registration for 12th IFEA WEC
Q. Is the event cancelled? Ans: No, the event is not cancelled but it is being conducted as a HYBRID meeting from August 12th to 14th 2021.
Q. Is my current registration valid for the Hybrid Congress?
Delegates / Students who have registered with full payment need not register again for the Hybrid congress. The registration fee will be carried forward automatically.
Delegates / Students who have done part payment or opted for online congress option can pay their second instalment before May 31st 2021 and attend the Congress. A link for payment will be sent before March 15th. There is no need to create another account again.
Q. What is last date for the early bird registration for new registrations? Ans: The registrations are open now. The early Bird offer is now extended till May 31st 2021. Please click here to see registration details
Q. Can I Attend the congress only online.
Ans: Yes, you can attend the congress in online option also.
For International Delegates / Students: International delegates and students who cannot travel to India can attend and present their research by registering with "online /virtual congress only" option.
For Indian Delegate / Students: There is no separate "online /virtual congress only" option. For the benefit of the delegates / students all live presentations and lectures will be live streamed virtually too.
Q. What is the last date for abstract submission? Ans: Abstract submission portal is open now. The last date for abstract submission is extended till June 30th 2021. Click Here for FAQ on Submission Guidelines
Q. What is the CANCELLATION POLICY of the IFEA WEC ? Ans: The postponement of the onsite congress was beyond anyone's control and the organizers would request your continued support by being part of the world congress. However, if due to unavoidable reasons if a delegate/ student wants to cancel his/her registration will receive 50% refund if applied before May 31st 2021. This is applicable only for delegates who have paid full registration fee. No refunds after May 31st 2021 is encouraged. Please send a mail to firstname.lastname@example.org for registration fee refunds.
Q. I have registered as a postgraduate student, and completed my course in 2020. Will I have to pay more and attend as a delegate in 2021? Ans: All students who have registered and paid FULLY will continue to get the benefits of the student registration even if they complete their post-graduation this year.
